Our Description

A common complaint with standard bass flutes is the weight of the instrument causing arm, shoulder and back discomfort. The Jupiter JBF-1100E bass flute overcomes this with a design that brings the mechanism to the front of the body, like a clarinet. With a height-adjustable 'spike' to support the instrument in front of you, and a right-hand thumb rest, this flute should be playable by most players without experiencing any discomfort.
