We can also offer video consultations - please contact us to make an appointment.

We recommend Short appointments (typically 30 minutes) for whistles, mouthpieces, a quick play test, medium appointments (typically 1 hour) for upgrade purchases, and long appointments (typically 2.5 hours) for purchases where you may need to spend a little longer trying instruments.
