Product Reviews: Funky Flute Book 2 (includes Online Audio)

Funky flute 2 is tremendously popular with all of my students. They seem to adore the layout, the pieces, the overall concept. They do miss the flute&backing tracks as it was in the Funky Flute book 1.
As a teacher I would be even happier if the backing tracks were of better musical quality, especially intonation is sometimes under question (Swimming with the dolphins, etc....). It would be nice to hear also some high quality flute playing on the CD.
But all in all it is a very pleasing product, with all the colours, information, listening games and puzzles. It seems to inspire students to play and enjoy the flute- in my opinion that is one of the most important features for every flute tutor. It works wonderfully refreshing in the company of standard flute tutors.
