This is a practical book, which deals with this huge subject in a sensitive manner. The book was born out of suffering and is therefore written with a great amount of authority. There are some physical exercises, such as those for eyes and jaw, and these are then put into practical situations. There is even a chapter on how to use the stress exercises in public without giving the game away. You won’t agree with everything you read here, but it is certainly interesting.
