“Good value skill builders”

Chris Hankin Just Flutes staff member - [email protected]

This is a great book for beginners which aims to develop the basic skills of rhythm and note reading whilst also introducing simple dynamics and articulation patterns. The note range starts at BAG and extends to one octave of G major by the last piece and, although the time signatures are mostly straightforward, both 6/8 and 5/4 are used near the end. The style is easy listening and as there are 20 tunes in this book it's rather good value too.
