- Interesting, worth a look
From the Publisher
Air, wind, flowing, transmission… whispers, fragments of Morse code (a secret language), vortices of different shapes and sizes, whirling, spinning, singing, song…
Vortically is dedicated to Carla Rees, without whose fearsome technique and boundless good humour a piece for quarter-tone bass flute and electroacoustics might well have proven near impossible to realise; and to my friend and teacher Christos Hatzis, for always encouraging me to take my own path, and for nudging me back towards it from time to time.
Scott Wilson 2010
