Trio in D major for Three Flutes, after Op87
- Highly recommended
From the Publisher
The flute trio after opus 75 was originally written for 2 oboes and cor anglais and was already edited during Beethoven's lifetime for 3 flutes and published in London 1825 atMonzano & Hill as opus 29.
The text of this edition is taken over unchanged, only the articulation is brought into a consistent form.
Undoubtedly, this arrangement is a tremendous asset to the trio repertoire of flutists. The work will be made available for the first time with a score in this revised edition.
Difficulty level, roughly compared to ABRSM exam grades. 0 is beginner, 9 is advanced (beyond grade 8).
