“Lovely music.”
Chris Hankin Just Flutes staff member - [email protected]
You might expect that songs and dances from the Caribbean might be all very upbeat but although the Biguine is punchy and rhythmic, the other two movements are more reflective. 'You know one Joseph Keeba' is a mixture of song and dance, and 'Time for Man Go Home' is gently crafted and almost plaintive is character. The combination of all three is lovely!
From the Publisher
This suite of songs and dances is in three movements and each movement is either inspired by, or an arrangement of songs and dances from the Caribbean islands of Martinique and Trinidad and Tobago.
