Six pieces taken from The Nutcracker Suite and Swan Lake. These arrangements are ideal for introducing well known classical pieces to early grade ensemble players. The optional Flute 5 part is suitable for beginners, with the difficulty level rising to around Grade 5 for the 1st Flute. Where appropriate time signatures have been altered and the rhythmic writing simplified to make the pieces more accessible for the less advanced players, and performance notes are included to help make the most of each piece. An essential collection for an early grade ensemble!
