Serenade ("Rest, my sweet, in gentle slumber") for Flute, Voice, and Piano by Georgina Mildred Rockstro. Georgina Mildred Rockstro was an English composer and musician, notable for her contribution to Romantic-era music. She was the daughter of Richard Shepherd Rockstro, a prominent musicologist and flute player, and the niece of William Smith Rockstro, a musicologist, composer, and teacher. Despite her creative output, her work remains relatively obscure today, with limited documentation available about her life and artistic achievements.
