"Rêverie" (1890) is one of Debussy's earlier famous piano works. This woodwind sextet transcription was commissioned and premiered by Saitama Municipal Urawa High School Wind Band in September, 2004. This transcription is basically written for woodwind sextet (Fl., Ob., 2 Cls., Bssn., B.Cl.). But String Bass part may be substituted for Bass Clarinet or it can be played as a Woodwind-String septet, adding String Bass part. When you don't have Bass Clarinet or String Bass, cued notes in parentheses should be performed. (Keiichi Kurokawa)
