Quicksilver is Garrop's examination of the multi-tasker of Olympus, Mercury. Three aspects of this deity are expressed in Garrop's unique use of wind voices with a solo alto saxophone at the lead. Ensemble score and parts are available on rental. Quicksilver was commissioned by a consortium of universities.
