Our Description
The Yamaha CS-G series has a shorter and narrower inner bore taper than the SE followed by a longer straight section which allows the clarinet to deliver a straight, concentrated, and clear tone, suited to both solo and orchestral playing. The setup allows the player to blow freely and let the instrument take care of outstanding tone production and extended projection. The instrument responds directly to the player’s breath volume.
This is a great opportunity to get a top line instrument for a very fair price.
General Condition
This fine professional clarinet has been played professionally over the years at the highest level. The Grenadilla wood is in good condition and the silver-plated keywork is clean with no pitting. Intonation is excellent and the clarinet plays with a silky-smooth sound which is warm and rich.
