Manufacturer's Description

These Tony Millyard instruments are top quality simple system wooden flutes available for traditional music players at modern concert pitch (a=440Hz).

The flutes are made by Tony Millyard, and where keys are required they are fitted by Sophie Matthews. 

The Pratten flute has a larger bore than many simple system flutes and accordingly makes a big sound. A great flute for sessions as this flute can be played loud if you want to. It will play with a softer and sweeter tone if required, but has the head room if you are prepared to push more air across the embouchure hole.

This item is sold “as seen”. It has not been checked in our workshop prior to sale, and this is reflected in the selling price.
