“Interesting!”

Richard Muller-Dombois is an excellent arranger of music for the flute and this very unusual transcription of a work originally for flute and orchestra has been very well conceived. The main purpose here is to enable a student to study the harmonic and rhythmic structure of the piece as a duet with the teacher before working with an orchestra. The first part is therefore the original and the orchestral accompaniment has been allocated to the 2nd(teacher's) part. It works really well and shouldn't be confined to the teaching room.
