The idea of the composition based on an analogy with the famous “Suite No. 2” by J.-S. Bach. As a rule, the most popular “Minuet & Badinerie” performed in concerts, and therefore this work consists of these two parts, which, in the author’s opinion, makes it optional to compose the rest. Hence the subtitle: “From Unwritten Suite.” In terms of meaning, this little diptych best described as a remake, full of stylistic approximations (including collages), humour and grace.
