This unique book introduces the beginner saxophonist to jazz phrasing from the earliest lessons. The short unaccompanied pieces begin with a limited range of notes, which expands as pupils progress. They are ideal as a jazzy supplement to the normal technical exercises undertaken at each stage of development.
