This work was developed to bring the flute to current music (and vice versa); it is about the meeting between two cultures: that of art music and that of popular music. The teacher will find material to offer his student motivating pieces, adapted to the curriculum and the acquired knowledge at the start of the first cycle of the conservatory. There will also be material for putting pieces together, since the additional parts of certain pieces are given in the appendix.
