Bram Wiggins composed these pieces for his granddaughter and very lovely they are too. Quite quirky in nature, they are well written and lie nicely for young players. For example, The Merry Minstral is an A minor 6/8 jig with no G sharps in the flute part. Aurora's Greeting starts with a D major slow introduction before changing to G major for a dance which alternates briefly between 2/4 and 3/4. The book is not progressive and each piece can stand alone - they would make excellent concert items. If you are looking for something slightly different I suggest you start here.
