They are all mostly gentle with flowing accompaniments and appealing harmonies so even the Spanish Dance has a rather laid-back feel. The digital download is easy to use and there is even a pull-out sheet of the images which could be used as a visual guide to help with understanding the title, or if you're very adventurous, as a starting point for some improvisation or composition.
