How to practise with the CD
On the CD you will hear basic rhythm patterns for
- exercises in 4/4
- exercises in 3/4
Each of the two time signatures was recorded at five different speeds
The length of the CD tracks was determined by the longest exercise. It can be stopped for shorter exercises, or the remaining time can be used for repeating more difficult parts. Advanced players may also practise at twice the speed.
Difficulty guide: 5-9
Difficulty level, roughly compared to ABRSM exam grades. 0 is total beginner, 9 is advanced (beyond grade 8).
