The solo flautist in the Braunschweig State Theater Orchestra Günther Westenberger (born 1958), a musician with a wide range of artistic training, used a free-tonal language with Fantasia Secunda, which premiered in Ulm in 1987. The high-contrast fantasy offers the flautist good technical development opportunities with humorous details.
