“A beautiful Christmas tune”
If you are planning a Christmas programme and would like something peaceful to contrast with carols and other arrangements, you might find this beautiful piece worth investigating. The gentle 6/8 melody floats along with rippling semiquavers in the accompaniment. This is a very lovely work which everyone will appreciate!
Delightful arrangement based on several seasonal melodies (Oh Come, Oh come Emmanuel, What Child Is This, etc) five C flutes, or two C flutes with piccolo, alto and bass, or any combination of fie or more: score and parts.
Difficulty level, roughly compared to ABRSM exam grades. 0 is beginner, 9 is advanced (beyond grade 8).
