Product Reviews: Pearl PFP-105E Piccolo

The Pearl 105 piccolo is brilliant as a first piccolo, as it’s so responsive and very free blowing. The low register and the F# pops out really easily without too much effort. I can get the piano dynamic to come out of this piccolo easily, compared to what I can on my flute.

Overall I’m thoroughly impressed with the Pearl 105, as my first piccolo; and I’m looking forward to seeing what else this piccolo is able to do once I get used to her a bit more.

I have played an old second hand picc for years and wanted a step up. I was recommended this piccolo and it hasn’t disappointed. I was able to try the different models at an appointment which was fantastic. I play in a local concert band and everyone is impressed with the sound!!!
