Product Reviews: Yamaha YFL-312 Flute

My new YFL-312 is simply wonderful.
I took up the flute again with a 33 year old battered flute that was beginning to teach me bad habits and lose confidence that I could ever play with the groups I had joined. I needed a step-up flute quick if I was to make progress and maintain any residual skills from my youth. I looked at various options, watched a load of review comments and videos. Plumped for Yamaha as a trusted brand.

I am amazed at the beautiful flute that arrived in the post. The sound, the tone, just fantastic. I am now understand what the reviewers mean by warm, it is a delight to play. I can reach higher notes my old flute could not cope with. I really recommend keeping your old flute serviced but if you need a new one and like me you are thinking step-up standard, then this is the flute to look at first.

Treated myself to a new flute and love it! Lovely sound! Flute arrived well packaged and I was pleased to get a cleaning cloth etc too.
