“A Very Important Book”

I'm a flute teacher and I care very much about my students learning to play with a healthy technique. This book has been incredibly helpful for my teaching but also for my own recovery from focal dystonia. I've also attended a webinar of Lea Pearson's on breathing and that was very, very interesting as well.
