Di Zhao Boston Shop

Di Zhao is a Boston-based flute maker who trained at Haynes, Burkart and Powell, rising up through the ranks to eventually manage the Powell factory. He is one of the few makers to have worked on every stage in the handmade flute process - from headjoint cutting to padding to stringing. Having set up his own flute making company a number of years ago, Di today produces handmade instruments at very reasonable prices.
