Expert teaching, home cooked food and luxury accommodation in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and benefitting from a fully equipped yoga studio. This is a non competitive course with the emphasis on learning through enjoyment and relaxation.
We will start with introductions and dinner on Friday evening followed by two days of morning yoga, Q and A sessions, workshops, ensembles and the chance to play with our pianist, all in a supportive environment.
New this time will be the option to add a one to one lesson on Monday.
