A special African Flute Concert part of The African Concert Series at Wigmore Hall, featuring two of the most prominent African flutists, Baba Galle Kante from Guinea on fulani flute performing Mande traditional pieces and British flutist Rowland Sutherland performing African art music repertoire, featuring Oja Flute Suite by Joshua Uzoigwe (Nigeria) and Visions by Bongani-Ndodana-Breen (South Africa). They will be joined by pianist Rebeca Omordia and percussionists Richard Olatunde Baker and Moussa Dembele.
