Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Gift Voucher from us, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
  2. Gift Vouchers can be used in store, online and over the phone. They cannot be used at our travelling showroom.
  3. Exclusions. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against
    • repairs, servicing or other adjustments in our workshop;
    • the cost of attending classes, lessons, workshops and other events that we hold.
  4. Expiry. Gift Vouchers expire after 3 years.
