Placing an order

Placing an order through our website is easy.

  • Browse the items on our website.
  • Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket.
  • Proceed to checkout, which takes you to our secure server.

Delivering to a different address

If you require delivery to a different address, you will need to create an account. To choose an alternative delivery address, add an address to your address book. On the checkout page, you will then be able to select this address for delivery.

Postage Charges

For orders being delivered inside the UK, postage and packing will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

On orders to overseas customers, in most cases our website will automatically calculate shipping based on the weight of your order. However, in some cases the website will not be able to, and we will need to manually calculate the shipping price for you. If this is the case, you will be given the option to be emailed a shipping quote before we process your order. If you decide not to go ahead with your order after receiving the quote, you will be able to cancel your order.

Payment

For payment, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway hosted by Sagepay. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal. Alternatively you can pay by direct bank transfer - if you select this option at checkout, we will email you with our bank details so you can make the transfer. If you require your order urgently, we recommend paying by card or PayPal.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your order once you have finished the Payment stage. This is not a contract to supply you, just a confirmation that we have received your order. The contract is formed when we dispatch your goods.
