My primary aim as a music teacher is to help foster a love of music in people's lives. I tailor my lessons to the individuals I teach and am happy to teach children and adults of all abilities.

I have worked in music education for over a decade and was most recently Head of Junior Music and Performance at Wimbledon High School, before I completed postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music, supported by the Countess of Munster Trust. At the academy I studied with Sam Coles, Karen Jones, Michael Cox, Katherine Baker and Helen Keen (piccolo) gaining a Professional Diploma with distinction.

I teach the flute at James Allen’s Girls’ School, Notre Dame School and James Allen’s Saturday School for the Performing Arts. Alongside my teaching work, I enjoy a varied freelance career. I currently play with Arcadia (flute and harp duo), Zephyr Flutes (BFS Ensemble category winner 2025), the Carnival Wind Quintet and Fiddle Paradiddle ceilidh band.
