I am an experienced teacher and freelance musician. I have been teaching since I was 16, took a pedagogy course as part of my BMus degree at RNCM, and have since taught for a number of Independent Schools, local music authorities, and as a rivals teacher. I also work as an ABRSM examiner, examining both in the UK and internationally, so my preparation of students for exams is thorough! I freelance with orchestras all over the country, so my teaching is flexible, and this works both ways as it allows my students the flexibility they need. I can accompany pupils for exams, concerts, and in lessons, which of course can really help to learn repertoire properly.
