I am an enthusiastic, reliable, teacher. I prepare pupils for exams / festivals if required.

I have been involved with music from an early age, at school and in youth orchestras. I was awarded ABRSM's Laura Marco prize for the higest grade 8 flute mark in the U.K. for the year. After gaining 'A' Level music, I studied flute and piano at music college, full time. I also studied piano privately for several years after leaving music college.

I have been a visiting flute teacher at two schools and now teach children and adults privately. Beginners and restarters welcome.

I maintain a very keen interest in classical music. I have played in local concerts as soloist and as chamber musician and I enjoy attending concerts and masterclasses. I also enjoy collecting sheet music and books on music. I am a full member of EPTA (European Piano Teachers' Association).

I hold occasional pupils' concerts.
