Anna Stokes

Anna is a professional chamber / orchestral player & teacher. She has worked with numerous UK Leading orchestras. She has also recorded for EMI, Universal, Deutsche Grammophon, Decca & Mercury as a session player. Her solo/chamber music albums for Champs Hill Records include: 'Luminance' (Featured on Classic FM) & The Emanuel Ensemble-'Chamber Works for Flute, Cello & piano trio'.

Anna teaches flute & welcomes students from intermediate to advanced+ level (All ages) for 1-1 (in person*) & online lessons (Zoom/Skype). She teaches privately, at a private London prep school, has assisted on the annual 'Friend International Flute Academy' and given workshops/masterclasses in London, Hong Kong and Qatar. She has been a deputy flute teacher at the Royal College of Music Junior Dept. since 2007.

Piano accomp also available for ABRSM / Trinity Exams GD 1 - Diploma Level (accompanying all instruments, especially woodwinds in central London & SL9 Area).
