I backed this on Kickstarter - and I'm so glad I did.
It is a stable and sturdy stand, with simple and swift height adjustment.
The music shelf is metal which will hold a pencil in a magnetic holder to hand. It is also very sturdy and stable, and will hold several books of music or an iPad and will not fall over or collapse.
It looks pleasing in my dining room (which has to double as a music room) but it is also easy to disassemble and store away if you need to. The music desk comes off the leg assembly and both would slide under a sofa or a bed if you needed the space.
