Our Description
George Haynes was William Haynes's brother, and was joint founder of the Haynes company. He was a true innovator, and invented the process of drawing tone holes in 1898, the same year he left the company to go make flutes under his own name in direct competition with his brother. This piccolo, dating from the 1920s, is beautifully made and still plays with a sweet tone.
General Condition
This vintage piccolo is in wonderful condition and plays beautifully. It would benefit from a service.
