My annual flute retreat will be held in Chichester from 3rd April to 6th April 2020.  If you are looking to improve all aspects of your flute playing in a relaxed, intimate setting and beautiful location, look no further!  There will be private lessons, masterclasses, daily warm-ups and classes on technique, breathing, Alexander Technique, basic flute repair, Moyse, scales, etudes and chamber music with all other participants.  There is no judgment and it is a chance to try new ideas and focus on flute playing away from daily life.  A detailed schedule will be sent out to all those who have registered.  Register by clicking the link to the form below or here

Ways to attend: 

1.  Resident participant   

Stay at retreat venue from 3-6th April and participate in all activities (including lessons and masterclasses).  Breakfast, snacks and tea/coffee provided.  Lunch and dinner will be either at the venue or at a local restaurant/pub.  

Cost:  £300

Limited spaces available.  


2.  Commuter participant

Commute in each day and participate in all activities.  Snacks and tea/coffee provided.  The retreat venue is just 8 minutes from Chichester train station.

Cost: £250



3.  2-day observer

Observe all classes on Saturday and Sunday.  Participate in group classes and chamber music (but not private lessons or masterclasses)
Cost:  £150


4.  1-day observer

Observe all classes on either Saturday or Sunday.  Participate in group classes and chamber music (but not private lessons or masterclasses)

Cost: £80

The venue:  East Pallant House, Chichester, West Sussex.  

8 minutes from Chichester railway station.  A large Georgian house with free wifi, self-catering, and a grand piano in one of two sitting rooms, which will be used for the classes.
