About Me

Hi I'm Olly, I am a professional saxophonist, who doubles on flute and clarinet. I have been performing professionally across the North East music scene for the past 4 years performing at notorious festivals such as the BBC Introducing Proms, Music of Black origin (MOBO) Festival, Kendal Calling and Stockton Calling. With a BA Degree in Music from Newcastle University I have had experience performing a wide range of music, specialising as a performer in Jazz, Pop, Rock, Funk and Soul. I am a passionate musician who wants to bring his expertise and passion to students offering a range of disciplines:

- Saxophone

- Clarinet

- Flute

- Improvisation (for any instrument)

- Grade 5 Theory

- GCSE and A-Level tuition

My approach to teaching is to use what interests the student as the stimuli for lessons catering for there interests and musical enjoyment. I want to use my passion for music to help motivate my students to reach they're fullest potential and enjoy the journey.
