Jean Murray

Jean Murray has a thriving flute teaching practice based in central Edinburgh, covering all ages & stages. She aims to help all her pupils enjoy music & fulfil their individual potential, often playing duets with them and accompanying them on the piano. She believes that playing an instrument should be fun, but that it won't be fun unless you do it well. The more you enjoy playing, the more you will want to practise. The more you practise, the better you will become. The better you become, the more you will enjoy playing. The more you enjoy playing......

Jean is active as an orchestral flautist & piccolo player and plays with small groups at concerts, weddings and other occasions.
