Harry Winstanley

With a wealth of experience teaching to all ages and abilities, from beginners right up to Harry tailors lessons to the needs of each of his students, and helps to make them well-rounded musicians. Confidence, insight and enjoyment, the keys to enjoyable music-making, are central to his approach.

After studying at the University of Cambridge and the Royal Academy of London, Harry has gone on to become principal flute of the English Chamber Orchestra, as well as one of the country's leading freelance flute players, playing guest principal with the RPO, LPO, LSO, BBCSO, Philharmonia, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Britten Sinfonia amongst many others.
