Andrew Sentinella

I have played the flute for most of my life, graduating from Trinity College, London in 1982, I have had some amazing teachers in my life and my aim is to pass their wisdom and skills onto my students combined with the sum of my learning and experience.

It is true that tone is king, but a full, focused and live tone is rooted in a solid foundation of strong technique. This is the basis of my teaching.

For every student I have, I will build on the strengths they bring to enable them to grow into a confident and successful performer; but growth happens on a practice to practice basis, and that is what the student brings to the table.

I teach from beginner to diploma, any exam board, and all ages.

Lessons are £30 per hour (shorter lessons are pro rata).
