Flautissimo - The Southampton Flute Orchestra

The group includes concert flutes, piccolos, concert flutes, alto and bass flutes, and a contrabass flute. The group provides a unique opportunity in the area for players who may wish to look for more ensemble experience.

Rehearsals

Friday 7pm-9pm in term time at Toynbee School, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, SO53 2PL. New members are welcome at any point in the year. Subscriptions are £45 per term (come along and try us for free first) with three terms in a year. Bring your flute and a music stand.

Performances

The flute choir perform a number of concerts a year in a variety of settings – from bandstands to more formal concerts with other groups in churches, cathedrals and concert halls. Flautissimo is operated as a charity.
