Flute Aerobics is arranged in weekly practice units of five separate categories; Tone, Scales, Finger Mobility, Articulation and Flexibility. These are intended for daily concentrated practice on one area, allowing the remaining two days of the week for review of all the week's exercises. Advanced students may find it possible to cover all the material in one day, with enough variation to last throughout the week.
Difficulty level, roughly compared to ABRSM exam grades. 0 is beginner, 9 is advanced (beyond grade 8).
