Adagio and Allegro for Euphonium and Piano, Op70
From the Publisher
Schumann composed the Adagio and Allegro Opus 70 for Horn and Piano in 1849. In this work he explored some of the possibilities created by the invention of the valve system which made the horn a fully chromatic instrument. The valve system also brought in instruments such as the euphonium, which the Adagio and Allegro is well suited to.
This edition also includes a solo part in treble clef.
- Part 1: Euphonium
- Part 2: Piano
