by 'phone and we can only reserve a place with a completed application.

A
non-refundable
deposit of £120.00 is required with your application. Full
fees are due by 18 June
2010 and with any application after
this
date. We are sometimes able to accommodate non-participants
during
the week. Please contact
us for details. Evening concerts
are free and you are most
welcome to invite family and friends along.
We
regret that we
are unable to offer a discount if you don't
require
accommodation.
A full
bursary is available for the
flute summer school.

TERMS
AND
CONDITIONS
All
applications
are subject to the following terms and conditions:-
Deposit
payments are non-refundable.
Balance payments are
refundable, at our discretion,
provided notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks prior
to commencement of the course. Pro-rata refunds are not given if you
are taken ill during the course and have to leave. We strongly advise
you to insure against cancellation for illness or any other reason.
Bookings
will close on 12 July 2009 or before if we reach optimum numbers. We
are unable to guarantee which course tutor your private lesson and/or
master-classes will be with although students on the intensive flute
course will be guaranteed a lesson with either Clare Southworth or Ian
Clarke. We reserve the right to arrange grouped master-classes and/or
private lessons if required. We will do our best to accommodate all
requests. Participation in private lessons and/or master-classes will
be confirmed when the course begins. Persons under the age of 18 will
be supervised during the week. Minimum age of 14 required to attend as
a residential student. We recommend the following minimum levels of
ability in order to attend; performance flute and intermediate
saxophone: grade 3, advanced saxophone: grade 7+, intensive flute:
Ideally post grade 8. The
course directors reserve
the
right to change venues, dates, tutors or course content without notice
or obligation.
