Editor's ChoiceThis great little book is included in the Valentino Flute Maintenance Kit but will prove very useful in it's own right. It won't save on those complete overhaul and repad jobs, but it might just get you out of a hole when your flute plays up on a concert with no technician in sight. It might also enable you to effect a simple repair to a student's instrument. There is lots of good, common sense advice (be careful, patient, neat and precise etc) and a comprehensive guide to the terminology of the parts of the flute you possibly didn't know existed.
