"The ABN 41 model is a standard full size bassoon designed for students, high school and music college bands, and is well-suited for orchestral or chamber performance as well. This versatile bassoon is crafted from select, loft-seasoned maple, which gives the instrument a beautiful sound with a traditional bassoon timbre. The bocals deliver very easy response and even intonation between registers. The keywork is of a well thought out “finger-friendly” design. All keys and pads are hand assembled for tight, secure action. Thanks to the exceptional tonal characteristics and the good stability to the sound, students will be impressed by the playing abilities they achieve with this model."
